I recently hired this company to replace my water heater and take care of a few other plumbing fixes, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Yohan and Alex did most of the work — they were professional, efficient, and made sure everything was done right. The owner, Shama, is also wonderful; he’s always available when you need him and makes sure the job gets done to a high standard. It’s reassuring to work with a company that’s so reliable and responsive. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

I was lucky to have hired Sharma to install my new water heater. For these reasons: 1. Sharma was quick to respond and absolutely upfront about the cost for labor and expectations. 2. Cost! His company wasn’t the first one that I reached out to. I called 5 companies prior. While others charged an arm and a leg, I was happy to hear what Sharma quoted me. 3. Prompt and punctual. They communicated their time of arrival and they were on time. Given my busy schedule, punctuality is very important to me! 4. Follow up! He followed up few days later to make sure everything is working properly and if I had any concerns or questions. 5. Cleanliness. The plumber, Yohan, was fantastically clean and precise in his work. After they left, there was nothing to clean, which has not ever been the case when I hired other contractors. At one point I accidentally opened the faucet and poor guy got drenched while connecting the pipes. He made no fuss and instead calmly asked me to turn the faucet off. He seemed like he was really enjoying his work and watching him work was very refreshing. All in all, a wonderful experience working with Sharma and Yohan! Thank you and fantastic job!

I had a water heater that I had for 20 years that was starting to leak. So I contact i4 improvement they gave me a reasonable price and they showed up the next day these guys are professional and they showed up on time. I would definitely hire these guys again in the future.

Sharma and his team are exceptional. To get this high level of service at a very reasonable price (the least expensive quote I received) is really a great find. I would send everyone I know to them. They are highly professional and knowledgable, and worked with me patiently even when I made changes to my water cooler order. They arrived on time for the install, and just did a terrific job, cleaned up and it worked perfectly. Can't say enough good things about this team. I thought this was impossible to find in the HVAC sector, but I was happily proven wrong.

Sharma and his team called me within minutes to replace my old water heater with a tankless one! My family was without hot water for 4 days and I couldn’t find the right technician until I spoke to Sharma. The team was very thorough, guided me every step of the way and did a very clean job! I found i4 Improvements online because I’m in Washington, DC and wanted a Bradford White water heater. They were highly rated, and they absolutely earned it. After I submitted the online quote request, they texted quickly to ask for a few details and photos so they could quote accurately. My water heater was leaking and they found a replacement that isn’t easy to source and installed it the next morning. They arrived exactly on time, explained the plan, kept me updated throughout, and cleaned up everything. No surprise fees, no “gotcha” add-ons, and the owner checked in during and after to make sure I was satisfied. Rare customer service. Highly recommend i4 Improvements.

This was a very happy experience for us with Mr. V . Sharma. Very experienced, responsive in very timely manner , and gave us honest advice . We found him very trustworthy from the first conversation we had on the phone and made our decision to hire I4improvement for water heater replacement. Above all his good work- we liked his polite and respectful behaviour and reassurance to be on our side . That is a big help whenever anyone is going through any type of crisis due to breakdown in your home. Bradford White has a strong reputation for making much better quality water heaters than you can find at the big hardware stores and i4 installs more of them than anyone in the DMV. Sharma was very responsive by text, communicated pricing transparently and was even able to come in on a Saturday morning to fit my schedule! Work was high quality and he even helped me switch some hoses on my washer/dryer that were hard for me to reach myself without additional charge. Really impressed with the high level of service and wouldn’t hesitate to call them again if I had any contracting/plumbing needs.
